The location is perfect: between metro stations of Astoria, Blaha Lujza tér, Rákóczi tér, Kálvin tér, trams, buses.

The flat is on the 5th floor, really bright because of the huge windows, and fully renovated with high standards. (New windows, new taps, new plugs and switchers, etc.) The house is 19 years old, has elevator and a roof terrace.
Iron entrance door with 2 keys, so it is very safe.
