The distant universities of Buda and Pest can also be easily reached, max. within 30 minutes by public transport. Shopping facilities are very close by. The great location of the apartment offers the advantages of living in the city and in the green belt at the same time, without their drawbacks.
The current layout is a large bedroom and a smaller living room, because the previous tenant found it comfortable that way during his home office. The kitchen with a separate entrance is also room-like, has parquet flooring and double windows. The bathroom has a so-called Swedish shower, and the wall-mounted electric drying radiator makes the pleasant feeling of bathing even more comfortable. A separate toilet awaits the resident :). Each room opens from the hall with a separate entrance.
The apartment faces south, southeast and southwest, and the 35 square meters have three double-leaf shuttered windows.
Even when it was 40C outside, the temperature inside did not exceed 25 degrees Celsius. Heating is provided by a total of 3 gas convectors, so the heat can be adjusted according to the resident's needs in winter. Given that the apartment is centrally located, it has never been necessary to heat with all three convectors. The water and sewer fees are part of the common costs, among other things.
The basement storage room is also part of the rented apartment, where you can even fit a bicycle.
About the neighbourhood
It is easy to get to both Pest and Buda ‘s higher education institutions and any workplace from the apartment.
You can go shopping and run errands on your way home in the small shopping center located a few minutes away. You can shop in 2 nearby stores belonging to larger grocery chains, or if you prefer small shops, you can also shop in the small corner store that is open every day.
If a restaurant is the current gastronomic need of the resident here, you can also go to 2 -3 fashionable - still excellent :) - places in the area with a short walk.
What kind of a tenant is the landlord looking for?
Maybe a small, nice, well-disciplined animal might move-in, but in this case we ask for a 3-month deposit - according to the negotiation.
