About the rental
I'm looking for a flatmate in Ferencváros-Downtown(IX. district). The neighborhood is calm, safety, and fancy with great transport connections.
The house was built in 2007, using only quality material; for example heat-and sound insulated doors and windows, 24-7 security desk at the entrance.
The flat is nice and well-equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hotplate, hoover, washing machine, iron etc.)
The bedroom is also furnished, view to the garden, the size is about 10 square meters. You will have your own PRIVATE bathroom with a bathtub, furthermore a few wardrobe in the hall, to have enough space for your stuff.
IMPORTANT: The cat is mine she is living in the flat!
About me: I'm a student (international relations master course), non-smoker, studying in university. My last flat-mates opinion, i'm a cool guy;).
My expectation for the hirer: non-smoker, close to my age.
If you have any questions, dont hesitate ask me (principally in messages, but you can call me as well.) The personal stuffs in the room belongs to the previous tenant.
The room will be available to move into on August.
