About the rental
The electrical system was overhauled this year, so all the wires, outlets, etc. are new, and the walls were painted.
Hot water, heating is supplied by central heating, the water bill is included in the collective maintenance fee; the interhet, phone, TV needs to be taken care by the tenant (as they know what they want/need).
The place is furnished (beds, cabinets, couch, etc.).
It is not yet ready to be moved in (some minor cleaning, furniture issues sorted out, etc.) but it can be viewed any time, and even rented should the tenant decided they want to move in quickly. (No major works have been left over.)
