Dears, I rent my own apartment in Eötvös utca, district VI. The apartment is on the 4th floor and looking to the internal courtyard, meaning it is bright and very silent. There is only one connected neighbour on the floor below. The apartment has been fully renovated couple of years ago.
It is 55 m2 and consists of an american style kitchen-living room (25m2), a spacious bedroom (20 m2) with a 4 meter wide in-built warderobe and working desk, a bathroom with separated toilet (6m2).
The apartment is fully furnished with dishwasher, induction plate, oven, microwave oven, washing machine and all needed appliances are included. DIGI Tv is in living room and in bedroom as well, wifi internet is also connected. Heating and hot water is done by gas combined boiler including wifi smart heating with NEST.
Parking by car is on the street. Showing can be organized after 6PM at any day.

Public transport is ecxellent, 4-6 tram and metro line 1 are in 3 minutes walk at Oktogon, night buses 923 and 979 are also very close.Most of the universties are available in 20 minutes by public transport
Many restaurants are nerby at oktogon, and also McDonalds, Burger King, Subway, gyros places are in max 5 minutes distance.
