I would like to rent a room in my 40 s.m. renovated apartment. The room itself is 13 s.m. big, with a 8 s.m gallery. Its in an old bulinding, built in a 1800s but its not in a bad condition. The neighborhood is quiet, with offices, and safe at night.About the neighbourhood

Im looking for a young flatmate, preferably a university student like myself. Im extroverted so i would like to llive with someone similer to me, wo i can talk to, and isnt bothered by me having friends over(of couse sae rules apply to them, i wont be bothered if they have friends over).
