About the rental
It is partly furnished, but we are flexible and can remove, or add furniture if necessary. Although there is a tile-stove in the living room, as well as a cold/warm air-conditioner, gas convector heating provides cozy warmth throughout the house.
Entering via the terrace, from the hall (which now serves as a dining area), the living room is accessible through a glass door. The living room includes a partly separated space, which might be used as a working, or sleeping area. Upstairs is a larger bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a separate smaller bedroom.
There is a small pond, summer hobby room in the garden, BBQ and garden furniture are included. Behind the house there is a covered storage area, possibility to park inside.
The house is provided with its own gas, water, electricity meters, there are no other costs.
Rental fee: 200.000 HUF and utilities (based on consumption)
Deposit: Two months deposit + one month renting fee in advance.
Long term tenants are preferred.

About the neighbourhood
Very quiet, green, relaxed neighbourhood. Most people, families living in houses of the street know each other from long time ago, maybe that is why it such a friendly, safe neighbourhood. From the station (100 metres from the house), the bus takes you to M4 Kelenvölgy (Etele) station in 7 minutes. Or, just a pleasant 7 minute walk away, you can reach bus 7, trams 1, 17,47,56 and other stations, to take you to practically anywhere in the city centre.There is a shop, pharmacy, playground, fantastic pastry shop and even a fishing pond at a short walking distance. The house is pet-friendly.
