our 75 m2 living space, 1st floor, 2.5 room, north-facing, technically completely renovated apartment at the intersection of György Dózsa and Szabolcs utca in a 3-story apartment building without an elevator.

DISTRIBUTION AND LAYOUT

The apartment is on the 1st floor, the living room and the bedroom look onto Dózsa György út, the small room with a separate opening looks onto the circular corridor of the apartment building. There is no passage on this section of the roundabout.

Opposite the living room and bedroom is the renovated Szabolcs Street hospital, which has no view due to its distance and tree cover.
