About the rental
The apartment underwent a complete technical and aesthetic renovation in 2014. The electrical system was fully replaced, a modern gas combi boiler with thermostat control was installed, together with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, air conditioning, new flooring and a reinforced security entrance door. The apartment was my own home for many years, so it has always been carefully maintained and remains in excellent condition.
The entrance hall leads to the kitchen, bathroom and the spacious 20 m² living area, which has been thoughtfully divided into a comfortable living room and sleeping area. Thanks to these excellent connections, virtually any part of Budapest can be reached quickly and conveniently.
