About the rental
The apartment underwent a complete technical and aesthetic renovation in late 2014, including modern gas heating, a new electrical system, a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The layout includes an entry hall leading to the kitchen, bathroom, and a large (~20 m²) room with shutters, designed as both a living and sleeping area.
In the front part of the apartment, most of the walls are white, with one long wall in the entry hall painted turquoise (greenish-blue). In the main room, three walls are turquoise, while one long wall features bold turquoise-and-white stripes. Most of the furniture is in light tones, creating an overall cheerful and youthful atmosphere. Fully furnished and equipped.
The photos in the advertisement accurately represent the apartment, with a few exceptions: certain items are no longer available (e.g., the SodaStream in the kitchen), and the dining table and chairs in the entry hall have been replaced with new ones of a similar style. However, all other furniture remains unchanged. Personal belongings are still being removed from the apartment, so I haven't been able to take updated photos yet. Of course, the apartment can be viewed by appointment. Thank you for your understanding, but I do not wish to use the services of real estate agents.
