About the rental
The apartment (in the house built around 1990 with original plastic windows) is renovated.
Its only room, which functions as a living room and a bedroom also, is approx. 18 m2, and its kitchen is large, so it also serves as a dining room. Bath and toilet are separated (traditional panel layout and appearance). There is a big wardrobe in the hall.
Its orientation is South-West, its balcony and windows overlook a quiet, sunny park as well as a small parking lot.
The property is partially furnished and equipped with appliances. There is currently no bed or no living room furniture. However, if required, I can furnish the room with furniture and a 90x200 cm bed. In this case, the rent will increase by HUF 10,000 per month.
There is no elevator.
Smoking are not allowed in the apartment.
A two month security deposit plus the first month's rent is required. The contract is concluded with a notary.
Viewing is possible at a pre-arranged time.
